Payment Terms & Conditions

Bandung Driver Tour

By making a reservation and payment, the customer agrees to the following Payment Terms & Conditions:

  • The maximum rental duration is 12 hours per day, calculated from the agreed pick-up time.

  • Any usage exceeding 12 hours will be considered overtime and subject to additional charges.

  • Overtime is calculated based on hourly rates or package terms.

  • Overtime fees must be paid directly at the end of the trip unless stated otherwise.

  • Delays caused by the customer, including late return, itinerary changes, extended stops, or route changes, will be counted as overtime.

  • To confirm a booking date, the customer must pay a Down Payment (DP) of 20% of the total rental cost.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the DP has been received.

  • All reservations are subject to availability, especially during peak seasons, weekends, and public holidays.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the pick-up date.

  • For bookings made within 7 days before the trip, full payment is required upfront.

  • Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

  • The Down Payment (DP) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Any unilateral cancellation by the customer will result in full forfeiture of the DP.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the pick-up date may be charged up to 100% of the total booking value.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

  • Rescheduling can be requested only if the reservation was made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the travel date, by selecting the one-time rescheduling option available in the official Google Form.

  • Each booking is entitled to one (1) reschedule only.

  • Sudden or last-minute rescheduling requests will be subject to an additional charge of IDR 200,000.

  • All rescheduling requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

  • The Down Payment (DP) remains non-refundable and will be transferred to the new schedule if rescheduling is approved.

  • If, during the service, there is a sudden change of destination or addition of locations outside the initial agreement, the customer must contact our Customer Service for further confirmation.

  • Additional charges may apply based on distance, travel time, toll fees, parking fees, fuel, and operational considerations.

  • Location changes will only be processed after approval from Customer Service.

  • Bandung Driver Tour is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • In such cases, rescheduling options may be offered at the company’s discretion.

  • Payments must be made via official payment channels provided by Bandung Driver Tour.

  • Customers must provide valid proof of payment for verification.

  • Bandung Driver Tour is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized parties.

  • By making a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.

  • Bandung Driver Tour reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
